All orders are processed with 2-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order and payment. You will receive email notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping times depend on your location. We use well known courier companies such as Kerry to ship out products and it normally takes 2-5 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping will be more specific, case by case, depending on our agreement with the customers.

Once products are shipped, we will provide ‘tracking number’ to our customers. In case of products not being delivered, we will follow up with the courier service and update the customer at regular intervals. Our goods will be insured for loss and damage. There is a limit to the value of goods we can ship via courier. We encourage in-store pick up for products with larger value (exceeding 300,000Bht)
