Returns & Exchange

Our return and exchange policy lasts 5 days for online purchases only. 5days start from when your package is delivered. For online purchases, packages must be postmarked within 7 days from the date your package was first received. Online purchases can be returned & exchanged in store as well.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, all must be processed within the 5 day time period, unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received with all the original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging with our shop as well as other certificates issued at the time of purchased. Rajdamri Gems reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are not returned in the same condition in which they were sent. Items that are eligible for return & exchange are those which are considered to be :

  • different to what is shown on our website
  • different to what the customer has chosen
  • damaged due to shipping or manufacturing fault
  • All ‘sale’ items are final sale – no returns are accepted.

Make sure you write your name, address, contact number and order number. Ensure the goods are placed within a securely wrapped parcel. Please note your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using registered or a recorded postal service. All return postage costs must be covered by you.

If you are returning the product because of an error on our part or manufacturing fault, Rajdamri Gems will be happy to refund all costs associated in returning the item back to us, as well as your original postage costs.
